• Real-time trend discovery and analytics for ASMR content

• Additional features as described on our platform

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use DashCreate, you must:

• Create an account using accurate information
• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Maintain one account per person (no duplicate accounts)

You are responsible for all activity on your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may:

• Use AI-generated videos for your own YouTube channel and commercial purposes
• Download and use videos created with your credits
• View and analyze trend data for content creation

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense AI-generated content as a standalone product
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Share your account credentials or credits with others
• Generate content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or community guidelines
• Create harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt its operation

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of videos you generate. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Platform: DashCreate's code, design, branding, and algorithms are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Free Plan: Includes 3 one-time credits and basic features.

Pro Plan: Monthly subscription with 50 credits and advanced features. Billing occurs automatically each month. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial months.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle (Pro Plan)
• Free credits do not expire but are one-time only
• Refunds are only provided in cases of billing errors

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your content complies with YouTube's policies and all applicable laws
• Any consequences of uploading AI-generated videos to YouTube or other platforms
• Verifying that your use case does not infringe on third-party rights

DashCreate provides tools; you control how you use them. We are not liable for how you use AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DashCreate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Specific results (e.g., views, subscribers, revenue)
• Accuracy of trend data or AI-generated content
• Compatibility with future YouTube policy changes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashCreate and its team shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Account suspension or termination by YouTube or other platforms
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment method fails
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
