At DashCreate, we strive to provide the best AI video generation service for YouTube creators. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This Refund Policy explains our guidelines for refunds and how to request one.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Credit Purchases
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased credits within the last 7 days
- You have used less than 20% of the purchased credits
- There was a technical error that prevented you from using the service
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
1.2 Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscriptions:
- Refunds are available within 3 days of initial purchase
- No refund for renewals (you can cancel anytime to stop future charges)
- Partial refunds are not available for unused subscription time
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been fully or mostly used (more than 20% consumed)
- Subscription renewals (automatic billing cycles)
- Promotional or discounted credits (unless there was a technical issue)
- Free trial credits or bonus credits
- Services that were successfully delivered (generated videos, trends access)
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Please include the following information in your refund request:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Date of purchase
- Amount paid
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Review Time: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank Processing: It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund
6. Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service:
- We may offer a refund or additional credits on a case-by-case basis
- Please provide detailed information about the issue
- Screenshots or error messages are helpful for faster resolution
Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly:
- Full refund will be issued immediately upon verification
- We will investigate and prevent future billing errors
Unauthorized Charges
If you notice unauthorized charges on your account:
- Contact us immediately at support@dashcreate.org
- We will investigate and issue a full refund if confirmed
- We recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA
7. Fair Use Policy
To maintain fairness for all users:
- Repeated refund requests may be declined
- We reserve the right to refuse service to users who abuse the refund policy
- Refund abuse may result in account suspension
